The Goondiwindi Hell of the West is a long course triathlon consisting of a two kilometre swim in the murky McIntyre River, an 80 kilometre cycle along the bumpy Barwon Highway and a 'hot as hell' 20 kilometre run.
There are team and individual competitors with both male and female divisions in all age groups 18 to 75 years of age.
Set in south western Queensland 4.5 hours west of Brisbane where the 35 degree and up summer heat will test your strength and determination.
